Eight dedicated practitioners have successfully completed UTAK's intensive instructor certification program, joining the ranks of qualified Taekwon-Do instructors across Kerala. The rigorous six-day course tested candidates on teaching methodology, class management, safety protocols, and curriculum development.
The program goes beyond technical knowledge, emphasizing the art of effective instruction, student psychology, and the responsibility of being a role model. Candidates underwent practical teaching sessions, lesson planning exercises, and comprehensive examinations.
“A great practitioner doesn't automatically make a great instructor. This program ensures our instructors have the skills to teach effectively, inspire students, and uphold the standards of our art.”
— Master Rajesh, Instructor Training Coordinator
The newly certified instructors will be placed at UTAK centers across Kerala, bringing fresh energy and perspectives to our teaching staff. Each instructor underwent background checks and first aid certification as part of the comprehensive program.
